Letters : Cranbrooke Hall, Ilford [Essex] to unknown correspondents, 14 April 1892 and 22 October [1892?]

The April 14 letter confirms that she owns a tea set which belonged to Charlotte Bronte, "but it was her doll's tea set, and I should have been sorry to think it was the one she & her sisters used to drink out of!" She describes the tea set in detail. The October 22 letter declares that "the only photograph taken of me in Court Dress is one we all dislike so much, I am positively forbidden to let it be seen!" She regrets refusing the recipient's request, but is pleased to be considered for his or her article.
